Coaching is about reflection and discovery — helping you get clear on who you are, what you want, who you want to become, and how to get there. The client drives the agenda while the coach drives the process to support the client in getting the outcomes they want.Advising provides you with recommendations, perspectives, tips and potential solutions, drawing on my experience leading at various levels within a variety of organizations, as well as my experience developing team-members.Training provides knowledge on soft-skill frameworks, tools and best-practices and a process to practice, get feedback and improve on these skills.I provide any and all of these services, depending on what the client wants.

Both options are available. Many professionals invest in themselves, while others are sponsored by their supervisor or HR. Sessions are priced intentionally in line with other self-care services.For organizations, programs are priced below most standard leadership coaching and training programs, so that this development opportunity can be offered to a wider base of employees, beyond Executives and Director-level. Additionally, our on-demand service provides a low-risk opportunity to try the service, without making a large financial commitment.

Programs range from one session to multiple sessions over six months. The client and the Advisor-Coach schedule the sessions at a time convenient to both. Sessions range from  30 minutes to one hour.
