I help professionals master the soft skills and leadership capability to thrive at work. Working with the client's unique strengths, values, and motivations, I provide flexible and customized coaching, advising, and training on topics such as impactful communication, strategic thinking, and influence. I work with all levels of the organization, from individual contributors to the C-Suite.å
Experience
I have 30 years of environmental leadership experience in organizations. I’ve managed people, functions, and projects in complex, multi-cultural, global organizations and multi-stakeholder initiatives. I have led projects, functions and teams at International Paper, World Wildlife Fund, World Business Council for Sustainable Development, and the Science Based Targets Network. I have a Master’s in Science from Yale University.
Credentials
I'm also an ICF Professional Certified Coach and certified Group Coach. I’ve got 1000+ hours working with 500+ clients. I coach professionals from across industries, including those who are highly technical.
I am experienced in administering and using results of 360s in leadership development engagements and am also certified in DiSC assessments. I have training in Design Thinking that I use within my leadership advising and coaching practice.
I train my clients on the same best practices, frameworks and tools that have worked for me personally. I’ve also used these tools when developing team members.
